Techno Plus Associates is an architecture practice established by Mr. Vijayakumar at 1990. Techno Plus Associates has been in operation for several years and has completed numerous successful projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings, Institutional Buildings, Hospitality projects and everything in between. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work closely with our clients to achieve their vision. We are also one of the Tourism empanelled Architect in Kerala has completed more than 15 tourism projects in and around Kerala.

Aravind, Our principal architect has worked on both Government and private projects. He completed his B. Arch in 2016 from USD-Mysore (School of Planning and Architecture). He joined as a principal architect at 'Technoplus’ in 2017 and is instrumental in bringing a dynamic outlook to the practice. His philosophy of blurring the boundaries between architecture, interiors and landscape initiated a new design direction.

We are one of the Kerala Tourism empanelled Architects for the past 10 years and has completed more than 15 tourism destination projects in and around Kerala which Includes Cherumbu Eco Village at Karuvarakundu,Nilayoram Park At kuttipuram,Revitalization of mangalam Dam Garden At Mangalam Dam-Palakkad,Revitalization of Pothundy dam Garden at Pothundy Dam-Palakkad, Revitalization Of Beeyam Bridge At Ponnani, Marine Museum at Ponnani etc.
